Hyundai experiences a massive jump in percieved quality
Automotive analysis firm ALG conducted a recent survey on perceived quality of vehicles, and Hyundai has experienced the second most improved perceived quality of any brand this year, jumping 25%. Perceived quality is a strong indicator of how much mental stock people are putting into particular brands. This brand equity is huge in the car buying process.
That drastic increase in perceived quality can likely be attributed to a growing portfolio of successful vehicles, and an impressive 10-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty. It’s just one more indicator of the attractive collection of vehicles that Hyundai offers.
